Rock Climbing Adventure in Gjipe Canyon

Departing from Vlora to Gjipe takes approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes by car. 

Our first stop is the Llogara Panorama, a beautiful location surrounded by mountains that offer breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea and the entire southern Riviera. We will spend around 20 minutes here to take in the scenery.

Our second stop will be at the Monastery of St. Theodore in Gjipe. We will park the car here and hike to the beach of Gjipe via the "Path of Gods," a middle difficulty hike path that provides critical panoramic views of the canyon and the beach of Gjipe. The hike will take about an hour, and it is advisable to wear sneakers due to the middle-level of difficulty.

Our third stop is the wild beach of Gjipe, known for its difficulty in reaching. We will explore the beach and the caves by kayaking for approximately 2 hours. 

Our fourth and final stop is the Gjipe Canyon. Here, we will hike up the canyon for one to two kilometers by rock climbing to the gorge of the Gjipe Canyon. This will take about two hours to complete. 

On the beach, there are restaurants and cafes where we can have lunch or enjoy a drink (not included). 

Don't forget to bring your swimwear, hat, sunscreen, and sneakers. 

We will return to Vlora from Gjipe by car, taking approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.
