Please note that credit card payments for Trips4fun are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland (“TREKKSOFT”). Therefore, TREKKSOFT will appear as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING on your credit card statement for the payment of this booking. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – TRIPS4FUN SHPK

1. Company Information
Trips4Fun SHPK (“Trips4Fun”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in Albania, located at:
Rruga Murat Tërbaçi Nd.107/1, Lungomare, Vlorë, Albania.
2. Contract & Acceptance
By booking any service with Trips4Fun, you (“the Client”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you are booking on behalf of others, you confirm that all participants:
- have read and accepted these Terms
- agree to be bound by them
The contract is formed once your booking is confirmed by Trips4Fun.
3. Bookings & Payments
- A booking is confirmed upon:
- full payment, OR
- partial payment (minimum 40%) where applicable
- Remaining balance must be paid at check-in
- Card payments may include processing fees
You are responsible for providing accurate booking information.
4. Nature of the Experience
All Trips4Fun tours are outdoor marine activities and are subject to:
- weather conditions
- sea conditions
- safety requirements
- regulatory or governmental restrictions
👉 Important:
Specific stops, locations, or activities (including access to places such as Sazan Island) are not guaranteed and may be modified or replaced.
5. Changes & Cancellations by the Client
- Free cancellation is allowed only if stated during booking
- Standard cancellation requires minimum 48 hours notice
Fees:
- Less than 48 hours → no refund
- No-show / late arrival → no refund
Force Majeure (Client-side):
Cancellation due to serious events (e.g. medical emergency, flight cancellation) may be accepted only with valid documentation.
6. Changes, Modifications or Cancellations by Trips4Fun
Trips4Fun reserves the right to:
- modify itineraries
- replace stops or activities
- reschedule or cancel tours
Due to:
- weather or sea conditions
- safety concerns
- government or military restrictions
- operational or logistical reasons
In such cases, we will:
- offer an alternative date, OR
- offer a comparable experience (e.g. alternative stops in Karaburun), OR
- provide a partial or full refund where appropriate
👉 If a reasonable alternative is offered and declined, refunds may not be guaranteed.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled based on the situation:
Eligible:
- cancellation by Trips4Fun without alternative
- major service failure
Not eligible:
- weather-related itinerary changes
- location restrictions (e.g. closed areas)
- late arrival / no-show
- personal dissatisfaction when service is delivered as described
8. Departure & Punctuality
- Clients must arrive at least 15 minutes before departure
- Boats will not wait for late arrivals
- Missed departures = no refund
9. Safety & Conduct
Clients must:
- follow instructions of the skipper and crew
- behave respectfully
- not endanger themselves or others
Trips4Fun reserves the right to:
- refuse boarding
- remove any participant
👉 No refund will be given in such cases.
10. Assumption of Risk
By participating, you acknowledge that:
- marine activities involve inherent risks
- conditions may be unpredictable
You participate at your own risk.
Trips4Fun is not liable for:
- injuries occurring during activities outside the vessel
- risks inherent to swimming, snorkeling, or exploration
11. Health & Responsibility
Clients must:
- ensure they are physically fit for the activity
- inform us of medical conditions
- supervise minors at all times
12. Force Majeure
Trips4Fun is not liable for events beyond its control, including:
- weather conditions
- sea conditions
- government restrictions
- transport disruptions
- natural disasters
In such cases:
- itineraries may change
- services may be reduced or canceled
13. Personal Belongings
Trips4Fun is not responsible for:
- lost or stolen items
- damage to personal belongings
14. Complaints
Any issue must be reported:
- immediately during the tour
Formal complaints must be submitted within:

15. Media & Marketing
By participating, you agree that:
- photos/videos may be used for marketing
You may request removal by contacting us.
16. Liability Limitations
Trips4Fun is not liable for:
- indirect losses
- missed connections or travel plans
- third-party services
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Albania.
Disputes will be handled under Albanian jurisdiction.
18. Updates to Terms
Trips4Fun may update these Terms at any time.
The latest version applies upon publication.
Operational Changes, Weather, Minimum Participants & Restricted Areas
Trips4Fun experiences take place in natural, coastal, marine, cultural, and outdoor environments. For this reason, routes, stops, timings, swimming/snorkeling locations, and itineraries may change due to weather, sea conditions, safety considerations, local regulations, military or governmental restrictions, group pace, or operational needs.
Shared group tours require a minimum number of participants to operate. Unless otherwise stated, shared boat tours normally require a minimum of 8 participants, while shared land tours normally require a minimum of 4 participants. If the minimum is not reached, Trips4Fun may offer an alternative date, comparable tour, private upgrade where possible, or full refund.
Access to certain destinations, including Sazan Island and other protected or restricted areas, may depend on military, governmental, environmental, or safety permissions. If a scheduled stop is not accessible, Trips4Fun may replace it with a comparable stop or adjust the itinerary. Where the change significantly affects the booked experience, an appropriate partial refund, rescheduling option, alternative tour, or full refund may be offered.
Boat tours are always subject to sea and weather conditions. Trips4Fun, the skipper, or the operating team may delay, modify, reschedule, or cancel a tour if conditions are not considered safe or suitable. Safety decisions are final.
