Cancellation and refund conditions are specified during the booking process and may vary depending on the selected experience. Guests are encouraged to carefully review the applicable cancellation terms before confirming their reservation.

Where free cancellation applies, requests must be submitted within the cancellation window indicated at checkout. After this period, cancellation fees or full charges may apply.

Trips4Fun reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel an activity due to circumstances beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to:

• Adverse weather or sea conditions

• Safety concerns

• Government or military restrictions (e.g. access limitations to locations such as Sazan Island)

• Operational or logistical constraints

• Insufficient participation

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to:

• Offer an alternative date, OR

• Provide a comparable experience (which may include changes to the itinerary, stops, or duration), OR

• Issue a partial or full refund where appropriate

Please note that specific stops, attractions, or activities within a tour are not guaranteed and may be substituted when necessary for safety or regulatory reasons.

If a guest declines a reasonable alternative offered, the cancellation will be handled in accordance with the original booking conditions.

No-shows, late arrivals, or missed departures are non-refundable.

Operational Changes, Weather, Minimum Participants & Restricted Areas

Trips4Fun experiences take place in natural, coastal, marine, cultural, and outdoor environments. For this reason, routes, stops, timings, swimming/snorkeling locations, and itineraries may change due to weather, sea conditions, safety considerations, local regulations, military or governmental restrictions, group pace, or operational needs.

Shared group tours require a minimum number of participants to operate. Unless otherwise stated, shared boat tours normally require a minimum of 8 participants, while shared land tours normally require a minimum of 4 participants. If the minimum is not reached, Trips4Fun may offer an alternative date, comparable tour, private upgrade where possible, or full refund.

Access to certain destinations, including Sazan Island and other protected or restricted areas, may depend on military, governmental, environmental, or safety permissions. If a scheduled stop is not accessible, Trips4Fun may replace it with a comparable stop or adjust the itinerary. Where the change significantly affects the booked experience, an appropriate partial refund, rescheduling option, alternative tour, or full refund may be offered.

Boat tours are always subject to sea and weather conditions. Trips4Fun, the skipper, or the operating team may delay, modify, reschedule, or cancel a tour if conditions are not considered safe or suitable. Safety decisions are final.
